I received a first edition copy of the novel Victoria by Daisy Goodwin as well as a tote bag free from SheSpeaks.com. I was given this book as an advanced copy to read and review free of charge in exchange for my honest review of it online. I enjoyed the book and I was happy to gave this opportunity. I reviewed this book on Amazon and Goodreads in exchange for my free copy. The novel Victoria is an interesting look at the life of a young girl who becomes a Queen. It is an engaging story that lets the reader join Victoria as she grows up and develops an understanding of relationships and her duties. She is very immature and still plays with dolls at first but then she leans through some mistakes and from her mentor the prime minister. She also matures into a young wonan who learns what it's like to fall in love and find a future that will be accepted in her kingdom.

I was interested in seeing if she would be wronged by those who wished to control her life and her wealth, but she does manage to overcome her obstacles. The book lacks some more steamy romance than others like it, but that does make this book suitable for a wide audience of readers. I felt that the book did drag on in some chapters but it does seem realistic. I enjoyed that this story is based on Queen Victoria's own diaries, and this brings authenticity to the story. I just would have preferred a little more dramatic action and a quicker telling of some parts of the story.

These meals are new and this Quinoa meal is vegan, organic and very tasty. It was not hard to find in stores because this package came with a guide that let me know exactly where to find this product in a store near me. I also like that the coupon let me know to find it in the frozen section of the store. It made it easy to find as well as fun to try. I like that this free product also came with a recipe booklet that shares easy meal ideas for a variety of Cuisine Adventures products.

Cuisine Adventures Fiesta Quinoa made dinner time easy. It is a filling tasty side dish or a great start to making a delicious meal. I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of the corn, beans and kale with a touch of spice. I was left feeling full and satisfied after trying this dish. I also like how easy it is to prepare. I just popped it in a bowl, microwaved it for a few minutes, and stirred it up. It was also a hit with my family.

Free Hilary's Veggie Bites from Social Nature

I just tried this great new natural product free from SocialNature.com. I was sent a coupon to try Hilary's Veggie Bites free as well as a couple of discounts for other products from this brand.

This free offer was sent to me because I am a member of SocialNature, but I had a really hard time finding Hilary's Veggie Bites in stores. I looked online on the website for Hilary's to see where this product is available and I was happy that they were supposed to be at a store just down the street from my house. But I was out of luck. I went to four different stores before I finally found them, and when I did it was quite a distance from my home. The website that helps find the product in stores was not accurate. So after I finally found this product, I was happy to try them. The store that they were available nearest me was Lazy Acres Market in Long Beach, Ca. They were located in the frozen foods section near veggie burgers.

The Veggie Bites were very easy to prepare and they have a nice texture. I cooked them in a nonstick pan and they were tasty, but a little bland. I think they would be perfect with dipping sauces. These are perfect for kids and I think they would enjoy the taste.

The fact that they are gluten free and made with people with allergens in mind was a plus. I have family members and friends who would really enjoy this product for their kids. It would be fun to make mini sliders with the veggie bites and to play around with recipe ideas.

There were also lots of tasty recipes included with this sample pack as well as a coupon to save money on a future purchase of Splenda Naturals. I tried the recipe for Cinnamon Oatmeal Apple Crisp. The theme of the Cozy box is products for Fall, both for baking and for beauty. First I tried the Maybelline SuperStay24 Longwear Lip Color. It looks great and it does last all day. It feels great on too thanks to the lip gloss that comes with it and unique microflex technology that keeps it feeling fresh.

The next product I tried out was the Simple Skincare Cleaning Facial Wipes. I have used so many Simple products, and I always love how well the face wipes work. These work great and I love to pack them in my bag when I go out of town. They leave my skin feeling fresh and clean.

I also like the new Pilot FriXion Clicker pens that came in this package. I tried two colors of this new erase-able pen. They write smoothly and click closed when you are finished. These will be great to use in my classroom.
