Get Paid to Shop with Ibotta and Shopkick

I have been shopping with Shopkick and Ibotta for a while now. These two apps are a great way to earn money for things you shop for every day already. You don't have to make extra trips to the store and it doesn't take long to earn points. You can even use both apps for the same trip to earn points for different things you buy!

SHOPKICK

First, download the Shopkick app and remember to use it when you shop. You can earn rewards like gift cards for lots of different retailers or earn prizes. So far I have earned over $50.00 in gift cards using Shopkick. You don't even have to buy anything for some of the points earned. If you just walk into some stores like Walmart, Target and many others, you earn walk in points. You also earn points for scanning bar codes of specific products and for purchasing the products with special offers. It takes a while to earn a large gift card, but since I need to shop anyways to buy groceries and household items, it is helping me earn extra money. You can also earn rewards for shopping online. Here is how Shopkick works:

IN-STORE

Simply walk into your favorite stores, scan items, and buy everyday products to earn rewards. It’s free, easy and fun!

AT HOME

Earn rewards for mobile shopping too. Visit other apps and online stores, view products, and make mobile purchases.

Kicks are reward points Earn kicks for in store and mobile shopping then redeem for gift cards to your favorite stores.

IBOTTA

With Ibotta earning is similar to Shopkick but slightly different. I have been using Ibotta for a shorter time, but I already cashed in to earn $27.00 after less than two months of using this app. You can cash in earnings for gift cards or paypal. Here is how Ibotta works:

Find Rebates

Before you shop, add rebates on great products by completing simple tasks and selecting the products you will buy.

Buy the products you selected at any participating store.

Don't forget to redeem your receipt!

You can also get rewards for some bars and restaurants too!

Redeem your rebates by taking a photo of your receipt. They will match the items you bought to the rebates you selected and give you the cash!

Your cash back will be deposited into your Ibotta account within 48 hours.

So sign up for both apps and you will start to see your earnings add up. If you are in a group or team of users with Ibotta your rewards will add up faster too. It pretty easy to use both and I like the extra money they earn.
