This is the best gluten free bread that I have tried. I was expecting it to taste bad, but I liked the taste and the texture was a little soft, but I toasted the bread and it was great. I was surprised how delicious it was. This is a great bread for anyone who can't have gluten. I tried the Seeds & Grains Loaf. It has a soft texture with some crunchy seeds in it. It made a great sandwich.
