Free Ripple Greek Yogurt Alternative from MyMagazine Sharing Network

Ripple is the newest alternative to Greek Yogurt. It is a dairy-free plant based product, so it is perfect for anyone who can't eat dairy, but still wants to enjoy Greek Yogurt. I easily found this product in my local Ralph's Grocery store. It was in the Dairy section.

This product is pretty pricey compared to regular Greek Yogurt, so I probably wouldn't buy it unless it was on sale or I used another coupon. But it does have many good qualities. It is packed with 12 grams of protein per cup. This product has live active cultures and it is nut free, soy free, gluten free and lactose free. It is also 100% vegan and it is also lower in sugar. So I gave it a try for breakfast.

I tried Ripple with some fresh fruit and it was pretty good. It does not taste the same as regular yogurt and the texture is a little thinner, but I do think it is not too bad. If you are unable to eat dairy products, then this is great for you. I will stick with the less expensive yogurt since I do not have problems eating dairy.
