My first experience trying a Loma Linda Plant-Based meal was the Hearty Stew. I enjoyed the pouch for lunch at work and it was very easy to prepare. I microwaved the pouch for 60 seconds, and poured it into a bowl to enjoy. The stew was very hearty and chunky with flavorful plant based beef and veggies. I really enjoyed it and I would eat it again. I only wish it came in a larger serving size so I could cook it for a larger family sized meal.
