The holidays are a great time for baking, so I made some delicious cupcakes for our family Thanksgiving dinner last week. I used Foodstirs Simply Sweet Vanilla Cake mix to make the cupcakes. I like the mix because it has premium organic ingredients and 25% less sugar than other baking mixes. It was super easy to make cupcakes and I was surprised that Greek yogurt is one of the ingridients that you add to the mix. The cake was moist and delicious. I could not tell that there was less sugar added at all.
