This is the latest free product I got to try free thanks to Social Nature.
Bob's Red Mill Grain Free Flatbread Mix is easy to prepare and it tastes great. I mixed in parmesan cheese and thyme into the batter. Then I topped it with more cheese, garlic, thyme and oregano. It made a tasty fresh baked flatbread that went perfect with a Mediterranean dinner. I could taste the difference between this product and a flatbread that is not gluten-free, but it was not a big difference. It is a great product for anyone with grain or gluten sensitivities. I also like that it is paleo friendly.
