First I tried Revlon PhotoReady Brightening Primer and I like the results. It smoothed out my skin and left it feeling even and hydrated under my makeup. It didn't leave any residue and my skin looked great in the photos I took when I was wearing it. I did notice my skin looked slightly brighter and more even. It is a subtle difference, not drastic.

Second, I tried Revlon PhotoReady Pore Reducing Primer. It is a sheer color that goes on smoothly for very light coverage. It makes skin look smooth and more even but it is not a concealing coverup.

Next, my primer, coverup and blush blended easily and smoothly with the Revlon 4-in-1 blending sponge. It worked well because of the smooth texture and the shape that easily gets in to hard to reach areas of my face. It also has a nice case and it easily washed out after I was done applying my makeup.

The last free Revlon product I tried is the Insta-Blush in the color "Nude Kiss". It is a nice color that blended well and made my skin look natural and polished. The color is a great subtle blush that makes me look great in photos and it works well for day or night.

I have been getting free boxes from this site for a long time now and it is always something different each time. This months free box included: ZzzQuil Sleep Aid, Gillette Deodorant and a coupon, Hidden Valley Ranch Simply Ranch Salad Dressing, a code for a free Shutterfly 8x8 photo book, and some coupons for Laithwaite's wine, Hello Fresh, and Graze Box.

All you have to do in return for these free samples is give your honest opinion of the samples you try. Then they will keep sending out more each time they are available. Free Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Nail Polish from Home Tester Club

My nails look great and they feel stronger thanks to my free Sally Hansen Miracle Gel & Top Coat products. I just tested this new two step Life-Proof Polish set thanks to Home Tester Club. I tried the Terra-Coppa color with the clear top coat. The color looks vibrant and the top coat makes the polish smooth and glossy. The polish is long lasting and does not chip or flake easily. It was easy to do the two step process and I like that I don't need a UV light. I also like that the brush for the nail polish is shaped well to make applying the polish easy.

After I painted my nails I went out for Sushi with my boyfriend. My nails looked great and I feel confident that they won't chip!

Free Wamsutta Pima Cott sheet set from SheSpeaks

I just got a premium sheet set from Wamsutta free in the mail from SheSpeaks.com. The Wamsutta 625-Thread-Count Pimacott Sheet Set is a high quality set of sheets that sell at Bed Bath and Beyond. I like how soft and smooth the fine cotton fabric is of these sheets. I have a king sized bed with an extra memory foam topper on the mattress and the sheets fit no problem. So the description seems accurate when it says that they fit up to an 18" deep mattress. The elastic is very thick and sturdy and it looks like it will hold up over time and won't wear out. The fitted sheet is a little loose on the bed, but it does stay in place without any problems. What I really enjoy is how the fabric feels. It is cool and comfortable because of the extra fine weave. I also like that the cotton was grown right here in California.

I was so happy to learn that I would be able to try this sheet set free. The set sells for over $100.00 at Bed Bath & Beyond. It was very easy to use baking soda to clean. I just sprinkled some on a wet rag and wiped down the barbecue. It left it shiny, clean and ready to use.

I just got the chance to read an advanced copy of the new novel The Break Down by B.A. Paris. I got an advanced readers' edition but it wont be on sale until July 18th 2017. I read the book while I was on vacation this week in Bass Lake, CA.

The Break Down was excellent! I couldn't wait to see what would happen next. It is a murder mystery and a psychological thriller. When Cass comes across a possible murder scene it may have put her in danger. Soon she starts to loose her mind, but at the same time she starts to wonder if whoever is behind the murder might also be after her. When she starts to think she might be getting early onset dementia it becomes an inner turmoil for her, but as the reader it makes you think there is foul play involved.

As a teacher, I could relate to Cass and her struggles because she is a teacher on summer vacation that recently lost her parent after a long illness. I also have a parent that suffers from Alzheimer's. It runs in my family and I could feel the pain and frustration of the struggles that Cass goes through in this thriller. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a suspenseful novel.
