This was my first experience with goat milk yogurt. Redwood Hill Farm goat milk yogurt was much better than I expected. It is rich and creamy with a great flavor. I liked the smooth texture and the strawberries on the bottom. It was perfect with my lunch. The only problem I had was finding it in my regular store. The website said it was available there, but it was not. I did find it at the second store I visited. Free Ripple Greek Yogurt Alternative from MyMagazine Sharing Network

Ripple is the newest alternative to Greek Yogurt. It is a dairy-free plant based product, so it is perfect for anyone who can't eat dairy, but still wants to enjoy Greek Yogurt. I got a free coupon from MyMagazine Sharing Network to sample this product. I also got a few discount coupons to share too.

I easily found this product in my local Ralph's Grocery store. It was in the Dairy section.

This product is pretty pricey compared to regular Greek Yogurt, so I probably wouldn't buy it unless it was on sale or I used another coupon. But it does have many good qualities. It is packed with 12 grams of protein per cup. This product has live active cultures and it is nut free, soy free, gluten free and lactose free. It is also 100% vegan and it is also lower in sugar. So I gave it a try for breakfast.

I tried Ripple with some fresh fruit and it was pretty good. It does not taste the same as regular yogurt and the texture is a little thinner, but I do think it is not too bad. If you are unable to eat dairy products, then this is great for you. I will stick with the less expensive yogurt since I do not have problems eating dairy.

Here is my newest box of samples from PINCHme.com. There were lots of great samples and coupons in this month's box. Here is what was inside: RXBAR Kids apple cinnamon rasiin bar, Think Thin Protein & Probiotics shake and coupon, a coupon for a free box of Clairol hair color, Dove exfoliating body polish crushed macadamia & rice milk, and Garnier Whole Blends shampoo and conditioner.

I love getting these free boxes of goodies in the mail. First I tried the Think Thin smoothie.

The smoothie was delicious. I like the flavor and the texture of Think Thin. I used it to replace my breakfast and it kept me feeling full for about three hours.

I still need to use the coupons that were in the sample box, but I will do that soon. The shampoo and conditioner from Garnier Whole Blends worked great. It is a gentle and mild formula that soothes and hydrates my hair. I also liked the Dove Body Polish. It exfoliated my skin and helped leave me feeling soft and smooth.

Free Best Food's Dressings with Avocado and Sunflower Oils from Crowdtap

I like the light texture and taste of Best Food's Avocado OIl Mayonnaise Dressing. It is perfect for sandwiches, dips and dressings. It makes me so happy that I can eat dressing without guilt and worry. The hint of lime adds a pleasing flavor without overpowering it. I also like how easy the squeeze tube is to use and to store in my refrigerator.

I also like the light texture and flavor of Best Food's Sunflower Oil Mayonnaise with a hint of Lemon. It is perfect for recipes or sandwiches and I like that it is better for me than regular mayo. Free Ocean's Halo Ramen Broth From SocialNature
